Mia Parker

The final speaker of the day will be Mia Parker and it will take place at 2pm. she is a management and program analyst for the FBI or Federal Bureau of Investigation. She joined the FBI as a inter between her junior and senior years in college, and hasn't looked back since, she is a very creative, driven person, that also likes that her position offers flexibility to find deficiencies and then implement solutions.

Kathleen Hogan

The next speaker will be Kathleen Hogan, and she will begin at 1pm. Kathleen Hogan is an Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Microsoft. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics and economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. She also holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business as well as sitting on the board of directors of the Puget Sound affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the TEchnology Services Industry Association. As the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Microsoft she is responsible for pushing the company's cultural transformation forward so it can thrive in a mobile-first, cloud-first world.

Tracy Keogh

The next speaker will be Tracy Keogh she will start at 12pm. Tracy is the Chief Human Resources Officer for HP or Hewlett Packard her job responsibilities include workforce development and organization effectiveness, benefits and compensation, staffing, global inclusion and diversity, and HR processes and information management. She also has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Smith College as well as attending the University of Geneva in Switzerland. Tracy also serves in the Anita Borg Institute and HR Policy Association and is Chair of the Cornell Center of Advanced Human Resource Studies.
